Thankful Thursday

This Thursday I'm thankful for...

In my own little way, I'm thankful for this wonderful, selfless man I call husband.

Being married to Mr. D. is one of the best things that has ever happened to me and I considered myself lucky to have ended up with this loving, caring, understanding and God fearing man.

 So, today, I'm thankful for my husband.

Thank you for always being there

for lending a helping hand

for giving me balance

for being as wonderful as you are

for being thoughtful

Thank you for your strength and courage

for letting me be myself

for providing assurance in the face of uncertainties

for your forgiving heart

for over looking my short comings

Thank you for listening

for your advice and admonishments

for being my biggest advocate

Thank you for loving me

for the laughter and joy

for your understanding

for early morning kisses

for late night stories

for believing in me

Thank you for your patience

for your tenderness

for your warmth

for your kindness

for your sincerity

Thank you for your hopes and aspirations for us

for your big heart

for your willingness and eagerness to help others

Thank you for eating take out on days I don't feel like cooking

for always asking to help

for always being the bigger person and apologizing first even when I'm wrong

for being my photographer

for allowing me to watch all my shows this week

for pushing me to do things out of my comfort zone

for bringing me back to reality when I wander off

for giving in to my wants

for making me feel like the only girl in the world

and above all, for being a God fearing man.
